Summer Promotions – Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all Summer promotional products offered by Laser Combat, including the Tag Time Saver package and the 30% Off Laser Tag promotion (code: SUMMERBLAST30). By purchasing or redeeming any promotion, customers agree to the following terms.
Tag Time Saver
The Tag Time Saver package is valid for use between 20th June and 30th September, subject to availability. This package includes:
- 40 minutes of laser tag gameplay, split into 2 x 20-minute games
- One laser combat dog tag per player
- One regular soft drink (Coca-Cola, Fanta, Sprite, Dr Pepper, Smart Water, or Slushie)
- Full equipment hire and safety briefing
This product is valid for a single visit only and is suitable for players aged 6 years and over.
30% Off Laser Tag – SUMMERBLAST30
Customers can receive 30% off standard laser tag sessions when using code SUMMERBLAST30.
- Code must be applied at the time of booking
- Offer is live for booking until 10th July
- Valid on sessions taking place across July and August only
- Applies to standard laser tag products only
- Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or discount
- Monday – Friday only
Redemption and Use
- All promotional products are non-refundable once redeemed and hold no monetary value
- Offers cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or used against alternative products
- Promotions are valid only on standard Laser Combat experiences
- All bookings are subject to availability
- Participants must meet the minimum age requirement of 6 years
Delivery and Processing
All promotional purchases are delivered electronically via email following successful payment. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure a valid email address is provided.
Refunds and Returns
Refunds may be requested within 28 days of purchase, provided the voucher or code has not been redeemed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Physical items must be returned via a tracked or signed-for service. Laser Combat accepts no responsibility for items lost or damaged during return.
